independence. To begin understanding the convenant with its provisions
and laws.
PSALMS means "praises;" the scriptures (Psalter) was the liturgical hymn
book that has been regularly used in worship. To the ages 11 years through
15 years of age is where we begin to pour out our soul to God, in
penitence, in thanksgiving, in faith, for assurance, for strength, for
deliverance, and for instruction.
PROVERBS the wisest man who ever lived, Solomon, left us a legacy of
written wisdom in the book of proverbs. Woven into human fabric is the
desire to learn and understand. From 16 years of age to adults is where
we begin to analyze, conceptualize, theorize, discuss, and debate
issues in our lives. We also follow fundamental instructions on how to
conduct ourselves, how to have self-control and resist temptation, how
to seek truth, and how to trust God.
